We are near Vintage park and minutes from Willowbrook Mall. Just 10 minutes up Highway 249 you will find the picturesque town of Tomball. We are everywhere you want to be, yet off the beaten path. Our quiet apartment community is hidden off Highway 249 and Spring-Cypress Rd.

We do things differently here. What sets us apart is that we are not managed by a management company! We have direct and regular meetings with the owners, who take personal responsibility for the maintenance, improvement, and safety of the apartment community. Our General Manager and Property Manager have over 10 years of experience with us and are experts at getting things done. In short, there's no bureaucracy, and our leadership is top-notch!

We are a best kept secret!

Our Story

This apartment community was originally built as a fourplex community back in 1985 and soon after sold off, building by building, to individual owners. Back then the name of the apartment community was called Pinewood Four-plexes and it was quite a mess! With each building owned by a different owner there was little consensus on tenant requirements, trash pick up, and community maintenance. The result was trash everywhere, crime, and general lack of order.

In 2001 the owner came upon the disheveled community and saw it's potential. Ever so slowly building by building he bought each one! Once he was majority owner he changed the name of the apartment community to Aspen Forest Apartment Homes. The final building was bought in 2018, and we were able to consolidate in 2019. In 2020, a complete renovation of the community took place including new roofs, new windows, new fences, new gates, new retention walls, and electric fireplaces in every unit! We have been rejuvenated and those that lived here before would scarce recognize us!

It has been an uphill battle. A pain-staking labor of love! The owners would like to thank all staff past and present that have helped to make this apartment community great.
