HOW DO YOU QUALIFY?
RENTAL HISTORY
within the past 3 years, must have 1 good year of rental history under an apt complex or management company.
EMPLOYMENT
You must have verifiable current employment and 6 month history
CREDIT
No credit is good credit!
You are not allowed to have more than 25% Negative Gredit
INCOME
Net Income (after taxes) must be 2.5 times the rent amount .You must provide 4 most current paystubs
NO CRIMINAL HISTORY OR BROKEN LEASES
