"Angie and Brenda have been so great to work with. We needed to break our lease at our former residence due to active negligence. Angie and Brenda helped guide us through the painful and costly process. They actually pointed out that our previous residence was trying to get more money from us than necessary! (Big thanks for that y’all) They have been kind and accommodating, something we haven’t experienced in awhile. Maintenance (Ricardo) has been great! (we have been pleasantly surprised as we didn’t have that before) They have fixed all the things they can fix and have worked with our schedules. We have never rented an apartment that actually did preventive maintenance. We’ve always said how much that makes sense and how much time and money that saves everyone. We really appreciate that! It’s a nice little community with nice little yards. We’re enjoying it!"
